Elizabeth Rose & Brewster Smith
Doug Rogers & Hoy Polloy

Elizabeth Rose is well known to Callicoon audiences, having performed on WJFF, at the Tusten Theatre, last year's Farmstock and for many fund raisers and parties over the years. Her one woman musical comedy, "Relative Pitch" was selected for the Obie-award winning Mentor Project and produced Off Broadway by The Cherry Lane Theatre in Feb/March 2012.  She has sung the National Anthem at Shea Stadium, written music for tv and film (Discovery, Nickelodeon, PBS) and recorded several cd's of her songs.  Songs from her cd, "Sleep Naked" have been honored with awards and airplay internationally.  She is currently writing a book about her teaching adventures in NYC public schools. Rose has raised over $325,000 in grants for her schools.  She is married to musician, educator and inventor, Donnie Castellow who never wants to leave Callicoon.  (Click here to listen!)

Brewster Smith has been a professional musician since the age of 12.  At that young age, he played the drums for a working wedding band and he credits that experience with teaching him the most about music. Later, he would tour extensively with punk bands throughout the United States, most notably "Letch Patrol" and "Youth Gone Mad".  Beginning to tire of lugging around drum sets, Brewster began playing guitar and writing his own material. He formed his own band "Brewster" in 1997 and has been recording, gigging and touring ever since. Brewster is also a photographer, a speaker development/executive leadership coach, a wedding officiant and enjoys leading groups internationally with Habitat for Humanity and his wife, architect Molly Denver.

Doug Rogers & Hoy Polloy. Hoy Polloy is a locally rooted and sustained music-generating affiliation with feeders in Damascus, Long Eddy and North Branch.

This is no avocational lark.  These boys have been doing it for a good long time with experience reaching back to the days of campfires, grange halls and contra dances.  I hear one of them once played in a rock and roll band.  Musical appreciation generated by an eclectic mix of originals and cover tunes is guaranteed with an offer of no money back if not completely satisfied.  Your town will never be the same.

 Janet Burgan
 Barbeque Bob & The Spareribs

Janet Burgan,  who's always a fave in the Park and at a thousand other local venues,  will start the show at 8PM and Barbecue Bob & the Spareribs will take the stage a  little after 9PM.  As the Park's concert guru and musical pro, Janet  shared some personal memories of Bob, "I've known Barbecue Bob for many years as we were both on the same circuit in New York City. As a matter of fact, I went out on my nights off if Bob was playing. That's saying something when you're a bar musician--the last place you want to be on your night off is another bar!! But to hear Bob and the boys--you betcha!! I'm thrilled that we can reprise our concert this year. If you attended in the past, you know how great it was, if not - you'll have to join us this year. I guarantee you a fabulous time." To find out more about Barbecue Bob & the Spareribs, please go to www.bbq-bob.com and to find our more about Janet and her music go to www.janetburgan.com.

Black Onion
Whiskey Bent

Black Onion.  Deep Improvised Electric Groove.......Black Onion is a 4 piece instrumental band with Peter Sevcik on electric guitar, Stephen Faubel on electric keyboards, Jason Freethy on drums and Ralph Liberto on saxes and flute. Give a listen to some tracks that  were recorded at MazMyth's  MazFest!

Whiskey Bent.  "In 2010, a father and son musician pair got together with another father and son, along with a lead singer who was a local folk hero,  and formed the band Whiskey Bent.  Just as the band was getting underway  John Mills, the lead singer, passed away.  The search for another singer began, but they couldn't find anyone to replace John.  The  band regrouped and kept going, with the other band members taking over the vocals.  Now  every gig they play is a tribute to John Mills."

Join Whiskey Bent  -- Dan and Howard Gorr  and Larry and Mitch Heintz -- for a roster of  American Rock's  legendary songs and sounds and don't forget your high-heeled dancin' sneakers!  Thank you, Whiskey Bent for playing  a great classic round-up Under The Moon in Callicoon.
